The Neighborhood Company

The Neighborhood Company was formed in 2015 at the request of a local real estate developer who was having issues with their association management. Laura Ficco was 29 years into her career in real estate development and was having those same issues with large-scale management companies. She had some great ideas and knew she was up to the task, so she formed The Neighborhood Company. Today, we manage over 24 communities of all shapes and sizes.
