The 2018 Dia de los Muertos Festival will feature live entertainment, kids activities, face painters, an art contest, vendors, food and food trucks, an ofrenda, dancers, contests, and more. We'll announce more information as we get closer and details are confirmed.

FAQs

WHERE DO I PARK? Find parking in any of the open lots or on streets in downtown and around the plaza. The festival is on San Antonio and Castell streets so try to find parking close to there.

DO I NEED CASH? You will need cash to purchase beer tickets. Shirt sales will be cash or card. Vendors will decide what type of tender to accept. There is an ATM on site if you need to get cash.

IS THERE SEATING? There will be some seating at picnic tables but you are encouraged to bring your own chairs if you want to make sure you have somewhere to sit.

IS IT PET FRIENDLY? The festival is all outdoors so you may bring your dog. All dogs must be on a leash and owners must pick up after their dog.

WHAT TYPES OF FOOD WILL BE AVAILABLE? There will be many, many food trucks and food booths on site so you'll have a variety of food options. Check out the vendors here - https://www.chamberinnewbraunfels.com/dia-de-los-muertos/vendors/

WHAT TYPES OF DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE? Beer will be available for purchase (cash only) and the DTA booth will be selling Sangria. Food vendors will also be selling non-alcoholic beverages.
