Tubing on the riverMemorial Day weekend is the unofficial kick off to summer for travelers from around Texas. As the first long weekend of summer approaches AAA just released a Memorial Day forecast that projects 39.3 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more away from home this holiday weekend.

The Chamber’s Convention and Visitors Bureau has been keeping up to date with Memorial Day availability for local lodging properties. CLICK HERE to view current availability.

River rules are kept up to date at www.tubeinnewbraunfels.com. We always advise everyone to go through a river outfitter. The outfitters provide a one stop shop for parking, shuttles, mesh bags, and tubes, plus they know the rules and provide you with a river plan.

All of the local attractions are geared up and ready to welcome travelers. The attractions are all family owned and operated, which is what continues to be at the heart of a great vacation experience.
