The Retirees Are Progressive (RAP) Council will meet in-person on Wednesday, October 21 at 9:00 a.m. at Headwaters at the Comal for their monthly meeting located at 333 E Klingemann St. The guest speaker for the meeting will be Nancy Papas, Managing Director for Headwaters at the Comal providing an overview of the Headwater project and their plans for the future.
The RAP Council consists of individuals who have retired or are partially retired. The council provides an opportunity for retirees to continue contributing their expertise to economic and community development.
