PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT from New Braunfels Utilities:
New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) is declaring Monday, February 15, 2021, and Tuesday, February 16, 2021, as Energy Action Days. Temperatures below 32 degrees are predicted for the start of the week, and NBU asks customers to voluntarily reduce overall energy use where possible, especially from 6:00 – 10:00 a.m. and from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. when demand is at its peak. Please help us get the word out to encourage energy conservation. With the colder weather, it is easy to use more electricity – which will result in a bigger utility bill. Managing your electricity usage will help to make your utility bill more manageable.
