The order expands occupancy levels for restaurants, retail stores, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, gyms and exercise facilities and classes, museums and libraries from 50% to 75% capacity effective September 21, 2020.

In addition, nursing homes and long-term care facilities can reopen for visitors following guidelines, and hospitals authorized regions will be allowed to offer normal elective procedures. Bars were ordered to remain closed.
