Workforce Solutions Alamo is currently conducting an employer survey to help develop profiles of specific in-demand industries and to determine the 2019 target occupation list. It will provide regional planners and the Workforce Development Board information on industry needs, worker education systems, industry or employer training or recruiting needs, and general employer or industry characteristics.
The survey will also identify the specific skill development needs for incumbent workers or new hires by Workforce Solutions Alamo regional industries and employers. The results will help in developing profiles of specific targeted demand industries and occupations to utilize for regional employee training and development in the Alamo Workforce Development Area. The skill needs identified by your company or industry for their workforce will be utilized for workforce planning and occupational skills development.
