The agenda includes 10 items on the Consent Agenda, and six Individual Items For Consideration including the approval of the proposed rezoning to apply a Special Use Permit to allow a dance hall.
The Consent Agenda includes the approval of the appointment of individuals to the New Braunfels Partnership Committee, the Reinvestment Zone No. 1 (TIRZ) Board of Directors, and the new Braunfels Development Authority, a budget amendment in the 2013 Certificates of Obligation Fund, General Fund and a budget transfer in the Golf Fund, and a professional services agreement for design on Common Street as part of the 2013 Bond Citywide Streets Program, among other items.
The Individual Items for Consideration include the approval of an ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances relating to the amendment of land use assumptions and a capital improvements plan and the imposition of water and wastewater impact fees, the Community Development Block Grant Action Plan for Program Year 2018, and the proposed rezoning to apply a Special Use Permit to allow a dance hall with outdoor music, among other items.
