The New Braunfels Industrial Development Corporation, known locally as the 4B Board, will hold the March meeting on March 29th at 5:00 p.m. at the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce in Honors Hall. Discussion and possible action items include consideration of four critical pedestrian areas that need improvements along existing roadways, extension of the Main Street sidewalk project to include an area not previously addressed, and renaming of the board from New Braunfels Industrial Development Corporation to New Braunfels Economic Development Corporation and the associated correction of the 4B bylaws to reflect the name change.
The NBIDC is appointed by the New Braunfels City Council to oversee funds which are utilized for infrastructure needs and for low interest loans for qualified businesses looking to expand or relocate to New Braunfels. For more information contact Chester Jenke.
