The Chamber’s Centennial Banquet and Awards Program will take place on Friday, January 25 at the New Braunfels Civic Convention Center at 6:00 p.m. Community and business leaders will gather for a night dedicated to celebrating the New Braunfels business community and the announcement of the Besserung Award winner, often referred to as New Braunfels’ Citizen of the Year. The evening will also include the premiere of an original production highlighting the Chamber's 100 year history and impact on the community.
The banquet will begin with a social hour with hors d’oeuvres and drinks provided by The Grapevine and Gruene Hall. A delicious dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. and the program will begin at 7:30. The program will include award presentations for Blue Coats, Chair of the Board Awards, and Hall of Honor inductees, the announcement of the winner of the Besserung Award, the historical video, and the ceremonial passing of the gavel from Outgoing Chair of the Board Robin Jeffers of J & R Gymnastics to Incoming Chair of the Board Shane Wolf of Rockin ‘R’ River Rides.
